1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Any product that has been tampered with or damaged during transportation must be reported via email within 24 hours of delivery and returned to our warehouse within one week. Otherwise, we will not be liable to accept the merchandise.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect at the time of delivery.
- We recommend using a tracked Courier service to ensure your return is received.
4. Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–4 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, please send your payment details (Bank Account Details / UPI ID) via email to ecorethink3@gmail.com with your order Details/Order ID.
5. Exchange Process:
- If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement after receiving and inspecting your return.
6. Damaged or Defective Items:
